EPF is the European umbrella organisation for passenger associations — a unique platform for representing passengers’ interests in policy-making at EU level. We bring together more than 35 member organisations, giving a collective voice to millions of public transport users across Europe.
We campaign for stronger passenger rights across all transport modes, conduct research, publish position papers and work directly with EU institutions, regulators and operators.
