  • Drive initiatives to improve the passenger experience;
  • Represent passengers’ perspectives in critical discussions and decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Shaping EPF’s advocacy, projects, and priorities to align with its mission;
  • Drafting policy documents and engaging in European transport policy discussions;
  • Acting as an ambassador for EPF at events, stakeholder meetings, and with EU institutions;
  • Fostering collaboration with member organizations and ensuring their insights inform EPF’s work.
