With the World Passenger Festival closely approaching, European Passengers’ Federation board members, Freek Bos and Josef Schneider will be there participating in the different panel discussions. The WPF is scheduled for the 16. – 18. of October at Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The festival is the most important customer and commercial transport event of the year. It is a unique event attracting global public transport leaders who are taking an active role in driving forward strategy, technology and innovations shaping the future of sustainable transport and mobility. WPF will be covering sustainability, customer experience, commercial strategy, digital transformation, distribution, and ticketing as this is where the commercial ecosystem intersects.
Freek Bos will be part of the Customer Experience panel discussion on “How to give passengers back control with real-time information” which aims to reveal the biggest barriers and challenges to delivering information to the right people in the right ways. Meanwhile, Josef Schneider will be part of the panel discussion on “How can ticketing help us cross borders?”
