Besides the office in Ghent, a large part of EPF’s work is done by the Management Board. It consists of a maximum of 7 members; additional experts can be integrated if necessary.

The term of office is 3 years, the election takes place during the annual general assembly. To ensure continuity of work, one third of the Management Board is newly elected each year.

The work is done as a team, which means that everyone can contribute their strengths and skills. There are numerous contacts with the European institutions and stakeholders as well as with the EPF member associations.

The next elections will take place at the general meeting on 2 April 2022 where there will be up to three board positions to fill.
