As cities grapple with growing congestion, the EU-funded AURORA project in which EPF was a partner are now available on our website. The project concluded its three-year journey with a joint final event “Elevating Urban Air Mobility” in collaboration with its sibling projects AiRMOUR and Flying Forward 2020 on 22 November, 2023, in Luxembourg.

AURORA focused on developing safety-critical technologies to support autonomous flight UAM in urban environments, with a particular emphasis on emergency-related applications. To foster adoption of UAM, the project involved end-users and relevant stakeholders in all phases of its journey.
