The European Passengers’ Federation reached the end of another year. While still having to manage the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2021 was a year of fruitful collaborations, innovative projects in mobility and important steps for passenger rights.

The EPF’s team and management board continued to work on projects and relevant policy developments throughout the year, ensuring that in this time of need, passengers’ voices were still heard.
