Yesterday, EPF was represented at the RailTech conference, speaking about How to realize the shift to rail from the passenger perspective. Delphine Grandsart, senior researcher at EPF, presented passengers’ priorities and also EPF priorities for future EU action to improve passenger experience and encourage a modal shift.
